Every DCTB build ships with 6 months of free tech support and labor warranty. That covers our workmanship, setup help, driver and software issues, and walking you through anything that isn't behaving.

The form goes straight to the DCTB team and is logged in your portal. We reply within 24–48 hours. Include your DCTB build code, what's happening and when it started — photos or a short clip help a lot. You'll get a copy of your message emailed to the address you enter, and our reply lands in that same inbox.

Components keep their original manufacturer warranties. We'll help you file a claim and handle the swap.
