What it costs
No markup on hardware. You pay what the parts cost, a flat $250 build fee for sourcing, assembly and testing, and $50 flat shipping. Your case, optional Windows 11 ($139) and driver/software optimization ($50) are listed separately in the build wizard. Every build includes 6 months of free tech support and labor warranty, and standard build time is 1–3 weeks.

Building a request is free and takes a couple of minutes — no card on file. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your build total is required before the build starts, and it credits toward your total. Your request stays saved on your account for 7 days and sits at "Awaiting deposit" until DCTB confirms payment, which is arranged over email.
